We welcome you to join us here in Sardinia, a Mediterranean island still unspoilt by tourism, and little known let alone explored by foreigners. It remains the secret holiday destination of many Italians. A little over 2 hours flight from London , it is within easy reach of those needing a rest bite from their hectic lives.

Just a few of the beautiful beaches Sardinia is famous for, can be found just around the corner, such as the ones at Geremeas, Kal' e Moru and Solanas. The tourist town of Villasimius with it's wonderfully long stretches of sand is half an hour East by car, and Quartu S Elena and the 6 mile long Il Poetto beach with it's numerous bars and restaurants, is even closer still, but to the West.

The Sette Fratelli National Park and nature reserve with it's breathtaking views and multitude of wildilfe is situated inland from Geremeas and can be found just off the SS125 not half an hour from our villa. Even closer still is Diverland, Sardinia's newest water park which will be open from the end of May, offering many exciting water rides and attractions for adults as well as some designed specifically for children.

The marina of Capitana has a pizzeria and bar and is home to dozens of boats of various sizes. Rubber boats can be hired for either a half or full day for the budding skippers amongst you, or if you prefer to take it easy, you can sit back and let somene else take charge of the driving. The marina is only 5 minutes drive from our villa on the coastal road.

Villa Alice, which is owned and operated solely by ourselves, is a large detached villa in its own grounds with 2 spacious apartments which are available for rent on a self catering basis. The Green apartment, which forms part of the larger villa, has recently been renovated with a new bathroom and kitchen area. We have now also added the smaller Blue apartment, which stands on its own, but is no less comfortable. Both apartments have air-conditioning, satellite TV, and their own private garden area with bar-b-que and views to either the sea or mountains.
