Our villa is sited in the middle of the famous "Macchia Mediterranea"
(Sardinian vegetation), in the locality of S'Arpagiu and is situated in 1500
square metres of land, only five minutes from the nearest beach on the gulf of
Cagliari in the South of Sardinia. Being a spacious villa we can accommodate
self catering guests or provide bed & breakfast for guests requiring this
extra service.

Alternatively, bed and breakfast can be enjoyed in the northern most part of the villa, with beautiful views over both the sea and the countryside. A family and a double room are available to accommodate our guests, with shared bathroom. Garden areas are available for our guests to relax and enjoy a continental breakfast.
